The Latest on the iPod classic, iPad and Internet Phone
The mystique of Apple is ever so mystifying! How can the iPad, iPod Classic and the internet Phone be objects of so much speculation? The world used to think Bill Gates was such a big thinker, but his creativity seems to pale next to that of Steve Jobs. Gates was a hard-headed businessman. Jobs seems to be a visionary.
Geeks and blogs go on and on about iPhone slide-out keyboards and edge to edge screens. Will Jobs or won’t he? I love my iPod Classic and for that matter my iPad and iPhone, but they can be hard to repair in a hurry, unfortunately. On the whole, you need an independent internet phone or softphone service for the fast repairs, in my opinion. If you have a dropped iPod Touch classic or whatever it is called the repair can be rather slow through normal channels. I have always liked the idea of making international calls from my mobile phone, even if they are hard to repair if dropped.
The techie site infosyncworld.com carried a post by Sindre Lia, March 11, 2011, speculating that, “iPhone 5 Engineering Images Possibly Leaked,”-! Wow, that’s news! That’s news?
Sindre Lia asks the burning question that’s been keeping me up at night; will it the new iPhone 5 sport an edge-to-edge screen? “Engineering images may give us the answer,” Lia writes, breathlessly.
Lia bets the iPhone 5 will have an Apple A5 chip, like to the one found in the iPad 2! We can only pray! Lia adds that the tablet and smartphone chips tend to be slightly different. All in all though you also gotta love the iPhone and iPod classic. It is great to be able to download skype and have a cool Internet phone that you can me international calls without even having a Long distance service. What do you like better, the internet phone or softphone? I still like my pc and voip.

Someone named Michael Nace posted; Why Rumors of a Slide-out Keyboard on the iPhone 5 Are Interesting,” under under iPhone 5 Opinion, iPhone 5 Rumor on y Mar 14, 2011.
Nace believes a slideout keyboard for the iPhone 5 is unlikely since King of Apple-Land, Steve jobs has previously pronounced his disdain for the feature.
